Konfabulator

The makers of Kaleidoscope for the Mac have relased today Konfabulator, a Javascript engine that lets you manage, or create, mini-applications called widgets that you can leave running on your desktop.
The widgets can monitor your battery level, check your favourite site, airport signal, or even use them to validate your HTML code!
